All UK orders will be delivered using Royal Mail tracked  service to ensure safety of your orders.  

Orders will be picked and packed Monday-Friday  excluding any bank holidays.

If you are not happy with your purchase, items can be  returned for a refund or an exchange. 

Conditions for returns:  

Please submit your return within 14 days of dispatch of your  order. Please note all return shipping costs need to be  covered by the customer.  

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty garment,  please reach out to our customer service within 7 days of  receiving the item to organise a return.

All products must be returned in the following conditions:  ⁃ Unworn  

⁃ In original packaging  

⁃ Without perfume or deodorant smells  

⁃ Without makeup or fake tan marks  

If the returned garment/s do not match the above condition  we will contact you to provide further details.  

Samuel Bailey LTD reserved the right to reject any return if  the garment has been returned back to us not in its original  condition. Any garment/s returned to us that have been worn  or damaged in any way will be rejected of a refund. 

You will be given the option for the goods to be returned  back to you. If we do not receive a response within 7  business days then they will be donated.
